Description
Technical support is available for technology not currently under warranty at a rate of $130 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. The minimum charge is $65 for 30 minutes. The next unit of 15 minutes, if applicable, would be billed at a cost of $32.50.
This is the section to purchase additional units of technical support in 15 minute increments. Please ‘add to cart’ the number of units beyond the first 30 minutes that was billed to you at the end of your call. Please do not purchase these units until instructed to do so by New Human technical support staff.
Policy: TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR BODYSCAN
All troubleshooting issues with BODYSCAN units is billable at $65.00 per half hour. You will pre-pay $65.00 and then the appointment will be made with the Technician. All billing will be in 15 minute increments. You are agreeing that you will pay your final bill upon completion of his services regardless of the outcome. There are NO GUARANTEES* that we will be able fully resolve your problems with the BODYSCAN and are notifying you beforehand. These charges are for billable time only — and we are not guaranteeing a positive solution.
* this service in ONLY available if the user does already have 3.77 software. Should the user upgrade to 3.77 configuration of the software is limited to 30 minutes max and is included in the software upgrade fee. Beyond that time, addtl fees may be required.
